I contacted Serum IVF last year from UK after having 2 miscarriages (after having a healthy boy). After our consultation with Penny I felt reassured that this clinic will help us find the problem. I first had the Microbiota test which showed I had an infection which was then treated with antibiotics. Then I had hysteroscopy and I immediately fell pregnant naturally to my baby girl 😊 I still cannot believe that the cause of my losses was a hidden infection which was missed in UK and I am so glad I went to Serum! I'm not able to share my full story as not enough space is given on here. I can only say that my experience with Serum, Penny and all of her wonderful team has more than made up for the utter incompetence of the medical profession of the UK, who managed to fritter away my fertility. I had my first call with Penny on 2nd April 21, had a salpingectomy due to hydrosalpinx filled with endometriosis on 7th June (was booked for May but problems due to Covid) and had a donor embryo transfer on 24th July. I am now 9 weeks pregnant with twins. AMAZING. The whole team are the kindest most caring people you could meet. Penny replies to every email in a matter of minutes, day or night, the woman is unbelievable!! Even during wildfires.. EVERY - SINGLE - EMAIL!! Travel is all taken care of and made so easy. I had to go on my own both times and I'd do it all again in a heart beat. Make the call, send the email, get in touch with this clinic and join the droves of satisfied customers who've watched their dreams become a reality. Don't waste another minute!!

Penny and team are very dedicated and tailor individual needs and very responsive to any queries. After ivf failures in uk, my son was born naturally when i started some medications there.
